The Berkshire Medical Center Program offers a one-year Osteopathic NeuroMusculoskeletal Medicine (ONMM3) Residency in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The program is designed to enhance residents' osteopathic manipulative skills to better serve patients in various settings. Residents will have extensive clinic time focusing on incorporating OMM into primary care visits and will rotate through OMM consultation clinics in the hospital. Additionally, residents will have rotations in various specialties including Neurology, Rheumatology, Pain Management, and more, with opportunities for electives in Integrative Medicine, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics. Regular didactic sessions and book clubs in osteopathic philosophy, anatomy, and embryology are included in the curriculum.

The program provides a part-time track over two years for those who wish to work part-time as a resident and part-time as an attending physician. This track is suitable for individuals requiring a higher income due to personal obligations. The program does not utilize ERAS for applications to the Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Manipulative Medicine Program.
