The Internal Medicine Residency Program at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts is committed to providing exceptional clinical education to produce highly-qualified future primary care, hospitalist, and subspecialist physicians. The program provides a Preliminary Medicine Internship for five trainees annually. Applicants must meet specific requirements, including a passing score on USMLE Steps I, II, and II CS/PE, a personal statement, and a recent photograph. International Medical Graduates must be able to obtain a J1 Visa, Resident Alien Status, Green Card, or have US Citizenship.
