The General Surgery Residency Program at Creighton University School of Medicine is a five-year program with four categorical positions and two preliminary positions available. Additionally, the program accepts international medical graduates and sponsors J-1 visas only. There is no prior U.S. training required to be considered for the program. The program interviews 60 applicants for four categorical positions and two preliminary positions annually.
