Program Benefits
The residency program provides competitive salary packages, starting at $50,000 for PGY1 and increasing to $52,000 for PGY3, alongside substantial employer-paid benefits amounting to over $10,000 annually. A comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, educational stipends, and reimbursement for licensing and exam fees. In addition, residents are entitled to 21 days of paid time off each year.
Application Requirements
To apply for the program, candidates must meet specific criteria including the following:
- Must be graduates of medical school within the last three years.
- International medical graduates (IMGs) are required to have completed at least 50% of their clinical rotations in the United States, and they must have passed USMLE Step 1, Step 2, and the Clinical Skills Examination.
- Applicants must submit at least three letters of recommendation.
- No visa sponsorship is available for the program.
