The East Carolina University/ECU Health Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency Program is a vital component of the Brody School of Medicine and ECU Health. Inpatient rotations occur at the ECU Health Medical Center, a 974-bed teaching hospital, as well as community hospital rotations, thus providing a balance between tertiary and community care exposure. Ambulatory training occurs at the Moye Medical Clinic which offers over 52,000 outpatient visits each year 1.
