The Southern New Mexico Family Medicine Residency Program, also known as Memorial Medical Center Family Medicine Residency, was established in 1996. Over 60% of its graduates have been placed in New Mexico and West Texas. The program emphasizes full-spectrum family medicine, interprofessional education, racial and social justice, health equity, and inclusive teaching.
