Ohio State University/Mt Carmel Hospital Program

The Obstetrics and Gynecology General Residency Program at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, in collaboration with Mount Carmel Health System, offers a comprehensive training experience. Residents have the opportunity to train at multiple sites, including The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Mount Carmel Grove City Hospital, and Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital in central Ohio. The program boasts a team of over 55 full-time faculty members who supervise training in various aspects of obstetrics and gynecology across six specialty divisions.

The program aims to prepare residents to become competent and compassionate clinicians who offer state-of-the-art healthcare for women with empathy and personalized care. Residents gain a strong foundation in general obstetrics and gynecology, preparing them for careers in either academic or community settings, fellowship training, or research careers.
