Riverside Medical Center Program

The Psychiatry Residency Program at Riverside Medical Center is focused on transforming the knowledge absorbed through education into the wisdom needed to improve the mental health of patients. Residents serve a diverse community with various sociodemographic backgrounds, providing compassionate and effective interventions.

Inpatient experiences cover mental health needs from children to seniors. Residents also spend time with Internal Medicine Hospitalists and Neurology to enhance their patient assessment skills. The program offers a comprehensive curriculum with rotations in inpatient psychiatry, internal medicine, neurology, community psychiatry, child/adolescent psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, and more.
