The Utah Valley Family Medicine Residency offers a fully accredited three-year family medicine residency program set in a community hospital environment, focusing on comprehensive training for future family medicine physicians. Application Requirements

For those interested in applying to the Utah Valley Hospital Family Medicine Residency, applicants must go through the National Residency Matching Program. Applications are exclusively accepted via ERAS. All candidates must successfully pass both USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 (including CS/PE) by the NRMP rank deadline, and any applicant with more than one failure in USMLE or COMLEX will not be considered. The program requires three letters of recommendation, with at least one provided by a practicing family medicine physician.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents as the program does not sponsor visas. Additionally, candidates are required to have graduated within two years from a LCME or AOA accredited medical school, and students from medical schools outside the United States or Canada are ineligible for application.
