The Psychiatry Residency Program at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY is an NRMP match-only program. Candidates interested in applying for an interview need to meet specific qualifications, including Comlex 1&2 scores of 450, passing the PE exam, USMLE 1 & 2 scores of 220, passing the CE exam, and having graduated within 4 years from medical school. International Medical Graduates (IMGs) must either have a green card or be a US citizen. For IMGs out of school for more than 3 years, passing USMLE 1, 2, and 3 on the first attempt is required.
