St Elizabeth Boardman Hospital Program

The St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program is a three-year program that offers continued accreditation. It accepts six residents per year, with a total of 18 approved resident positions.

Residents in this program receive competitive salaries starting from $61,800 for PGY-1, with increases in subsequent years. The compensation package includes academic stipends, paid time off, and comprehensive insurance benefits. Additionally, the program offers various benefits such as moving expenses, meal allowances, and professional development resources.

The program requires applicants to be a United States citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for a J-1 or H-1B Visa. Graduates with MD or DO degrees from U.S. or Canadian medical schools within the last four years are eligible to apply. International medical graduates must have a valid ECFMG certification or full U.S. medical practice license.

Application to the St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program must be made through ERAS. The application deadline is December 1 of the application year. Applicants should submit a completed ERAS application, including a personal statement, curriculum vitae, medical school transcript, and USMLE/COMLEX scores.

The curriculum of the program includes a comprehensive rotation schedule covering various specialties like Inpatient and Outpatient Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, and Elective rotations, providing residents with diverse clinical experiences.
