- Dean’s Letter
- Medical School Transcript
- Written Personal Statement
- Three letters of recommendation (at least two from Family Medicine departments)
- USMLE Scores (Steps I and II)
- ECFMG Certification, if applicable
To be considered, candidates must have graduated from a U.S. or foreign medical school within the last two years and should demonstrate success in USMLE (Steps I and II) without any failures. The program may consider J-1 visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis, enhancing its accessibility for international medical graduates.
