- International Medical Graduates (IMGs): Must have graduated from an accredited medical school, hold ECFMG certification, provide documentation of citizenship or residency status, and show clinical experience in the U.S. Research and scholarly activities enhance applications, with preference for USMLE CK scores >220 on the first attempt and graduation within the past 3 years. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
