For application requirements, applicants are required to submit a complete ERAS application with a Curriculum Vitae (CV), Personal Statement, Three letters of recommendation (one from a family physician), Medical school transcript(s), Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE), and USMLE or COMLEX exam scores (Step 1 required, Step 2 CK required before ranking, Step 2 CS preferred). Additionally, applicants must meet specific qualifications, such as being eligible for a NC resident training license and eligible to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, eligible visa including J1).
