The Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery Residency Training Program at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital is dedicated to training the next generation of Otolaryngologists. • PGY-3: Further clinical exposure continues with four months at Lakeshore ENT, additional rotations in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the University of Michigan, and Otology/Neurotology at the Michigan Ear Institute.
• PGY-4: Senior residents take on a chief resident role at Lakeshore ENT, gaining leadership experience while rotating through sub-specialties.
• PGY-5: The chief year focuses on administrative responsibilities, specialty electives, and culminates in substantial involvement in patient care and surgical procedures.

• University of Maryland Medical Center for trauma rotations.
• Children’s Hospital of Michigan for Pediatric emergencies.
• The Michigan Ear Institute for specialized Otology/Neurotology training.

Residents are encouraged to engage in research projects throughout their residency.
