The Trinity Health Muskegon Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program is committed to training outstanding obstetrician-gynecologist physician leaders and advocates. The four-year ACGME accredited program offers training in various areas of obstetrics and gynecology. Residents will have the opportunity to train in a team-oriented environment and build upon their strengths to become future leaders in the field.

The program provides a comprehensive educational experience covering obstetrics, gynecology, gynecological surgery, maternal fetal medicine, neonatology, reproductive endocrinology, oncology, and more. Residents will train in a modern facility with private patient rooms and state-of-the-art technology. The program offers a team of dedicated faculty and administrative staff to guide residents throughout their training.

Applicants are required to submit a complete ERAS application, including three letters of recommendation, a letter from the Dean of their medical school, official transcripts, board scores, personal statement, and CV. The program participates in the NRMP match and offers interviews from November through January.

The residency curriculum includes rotations in various subspecialties and incorporates daily lectures and bi-weekly didactics. Residents are required to engage in scholarly activities and complete a research project before graduation. The program also offers support for research, quality improvement, and educational study development.

Residents have access to the Amos Health Sciences Library at Trinity Health Muskegon, which provides 24-hour access to resources, books, and study space. The library offers support for research, article delivery, and access to various online resources.
